Gaheli Center of Research and Development PVT. LTD. (GCRDPL) formally started operating w.e.f. 2011, with the idea of functioning as a “Knowledge Partner” in promoting Sustainable Development.

The Promoters, after working with several Govt. and Pvt. Agencies , in various capacities and subsequently getting the experience related with almost all the aspects of Planning, Research and Development , poised the idea of shaping an "Institution" for sharing the knowledge and experience. Accordingly, the idea was realized in the form of "GCRDPL".

The composition of Company’s human resource is suitably designed to address the challenges of Urban paradigm. We have experts comprising of Professors; Planners ; Architects ; Engineers ; Social Scientists ; Economists and ex- Beaurocrats , who are experienced in Planning & Execution of the Projects in the field.

The experience of action Research is highly beneficial to Regional , National and International policy makers. GCRD is well presented within the Urban domain with the capacity to reach out to Municipalities ; Development Authorities, Government Departments ; Private Organisations and Consultants across the globe. To manage large and complex knowledge environment professionally, the Company leverages on Information and Communication Tools (ICT). There is an in-house MIS system connecting all field offices. The report from action to research is automated for the immediate feed back and corrections/ modifications. The customisation and documentation are Company’s core strength. GCRD is well represented within the Country( India), like- Alwar , Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Nagaur, Sirsa, Bahadurgarh, Faridabad, Lucknow , Nagpur & Bhopal etc. with the Head Office located in Delhi.

The Company’s key role is to induce knowledge in the Urban aspects like- Governance ; Evaluation of Projects ; Urban & Regional Planning; Architecture ; Infrastructure Building; Capacity Building ; Disaster Management; Rain- Water Harvesting; Energy Solutions ;Legal Opinions etc. In turn, suitably capacitate them to face the challenges and to overcome the pressure points. The major tool to achieve this is awareness, training, advocating forging synergy growth processes with that of the Sectoral Global Changes. Several pioneer Institutes/ Organizations/ Consultants have also been impanelled , who are able to share the knowledge for Surveying( Collection of data)/ Data Analysis/Plan formulation & Preparation/ on site Execution and Development etc. in almost all the related fields.

GCRDPL got the opportunity of Registration and Empanelment with various Government and Private organizations , viz :

Registered under the Rajasthan Vat Act, 2003, w.e.f. July 2010, for Purchase and Sale of goods viz: LED Bulbs; Down Lighters; Mobile phone and accessories Computer accessories etc.
Empanelled for works pertaining to Reforms under JNNURM scheme and Consultancy for Development Works for Municipal Corporation Faridabad w.e.f. May 2012.
Empanelled for works concerning Town Planning & execution of T.P. Projects within M.C.F. area of Faridabad, w.e.f. March 2012.
Empanelled for Third Party Inspection of Development Works in M.C.F. since May 2012.

GCRDPL has reached to some mile – stones in the various spheres of the works related with :

Preparation of D.P.R. and detailed projects for various cities/ towns of Haryana ( Sirsa, Hansi, Bahadurgarh, Rohtak, Panchkula ) under RAY program initiated by M.o.H.U.P.A.
Preparation of Environment Impact Assessment (E.I.A.) for the several localities of Cities of Haryana & Rajasthan etc.
Preparation of D.P.R. for construction of Unemployed Working Women’s Hostel, and for construction of 156 D.U. under H.S.D.P.at DIRANG, in Arunachal Pradesh.
Preparation of P.R. for various schemes related with Sewerage, Solid Waste Management, Swachha Bharat Mission Program in various cities/ towns of Haryana & Rajasthan.
Modifications in the road alignment / and improvement & beautification of the Round- abouts of various cities/ towns in HARYANA ( Ballabhgarh).
Execution of Rain Water Harvesting system in Karakhendara ,Orissa.
Preparation of layout plan & construction of No. houses in Rohtak ( Haryana).
